Niki Koulla has a wealth of experience in real estate. Having started as an administrator and obtaining her sales licence and manager's licence in quick succession, Niki settled into her role as a property manager over 16 years ago. Niki keeps her clients for life and they all become raving fans! Property Management is a competitive industry but Niki's point of difference is her attention to detail and looking after her clients' properties as if they were her own. Her patience and organisational skills are outstanding, and this is reflected in how Niki balances her hectic family life and work commitments. Niki loves working in Property Management and cannot see herself doing anything else, this is why 2 years ago she joined the Property Management Committee for the Real Estate Institute of South Australia where she feels she can contribute some valuable time and experience to the industry that has given her so much over the years. Happily married to her teenage sweetheart Peter, who she says is not only her partner in life but is also her best friend. A proud mother of 3 children - 2 delightful boys and baby daughter. Niki enjoys reading, spending time with the family and travelling.

Peter Shizas loves real estate. He has been selling real estate since the late 90's (before the boom) and has seen that the number one key to successfully selling real estate is to look after your clients. Real Estate has been easy picking for so many agents for the last few years but Peter believes that service is paramount and this service ensures that he has had many repeat clients as a result. Robert Brereton
Real Estate Consultant
Robert has spent the majority of his 37 years in the northern suburbs - growing up in Brahma Lodge, going to Brahma Lodge Kindergarten and Primary and then Salisbury High School and now is back home amongst family and friends in Brahma Lodge. He has had a very broad 22 years of experience in customer service, working in establishments as small as the "MV Kimberley Quest" in Broome, to venues as large as the Sydney Olympics. He loves interacting with people and has had a lot of fun dealing with customers. Robert believes that "understanding people and their needs" is only half of the job and having people understand you in return is the key to successful communications, friendships and relationships. Employed as a lecturer for several years has provided him with the skills to explain things to people in very simplistic and understandable terms. In his spare time he has developed a passion for private flying, cars and enjoys motor racing events!

Marz Harkotsikas

Brought up on the tennis courts, Marz enjoyed the experience of being a touring professional in the early 90's and further to this also holds an accredited Level 1 tennis couch qualification. Since, Marz has had a wealth of experience in the customer relations industry, managing some high profile hotels for eight years prior to embarking on his real estate career. In his words "Understanding people and their needs is the biggest key to my business". Understanding, coupled with his enthusiasm makes Marz a very likeable and infectious character to deal with. Marz is married to the gorgeous Kathleen Stathis, Sports Masseuse extraordinaire. His interests include: tennis, soccer, Formula 1, XBOX, 3 year old nephew (Braxton), travel and philosophy. Before making the move into the property industry Michelle completed her Bachelor of Business and had owned and managed her own bakehouse/cafeteria in a local shopping centre. Having sound experience in many industries, Mersini decided that being a Personal Assistant for a Real Estate agent would give her the challenges she was looking for. Rebecca’s previous experience in hospitality has given her exceptional customer service skills. She worked for a fast food chain for six years which she received promotions leading up to a Management position and decided it was time to try something different. She started a traineeship in Real Estate Sales however felt it wasn’t for her and chose to put her customer care skills to the Administration side of Real Estate. She understands how important it is to make clients feel welcome and you will instantly feel that when you walk into our office and see Rebecca’s smiling, friendly face.

Maria Rositano
Office Administrator
Maria has been in Administration since returning to work after a long absence from the work force. After completing a couple of courses she obtained work in the accounting industry starting out as a data processor part time. Her skills gained her extra hours in the peak season, which in turn got her a promotion as office manager for the state office within 2 years. After 6 years in the accounting industry she wanted a change and chose to find a position closer to home and therefore has been with our Salisbury office for 18 months now. Her skills as a communicator and administrator have been most welcomed within the office and she is a valuable team player by supporting all members of the sales staff and management.
